Is the app free?
Yes — the Free tier is genuinely free for individual officials and includes basic appointment participation, personal notes and self-reflection.
What unlocks with Pro?
Pro ($25/user/year) adds structured feedback (give and receive), enhanced insights, reflections and full development history.
Does my association need to buy in?
No — officials can buy Pro as individuals. Associations who want to provide Pro to their officials can do so, with an annual cap.
Where is data stored?
Securely in Australia using cloud services with appropriate safeguards. See the Security & Governance page for detail.
How does WhistleEcho use AI?
Appointment recommendations are a mathematical problem solved by our own compute power — no AI. AI-assisted summaries are used only to help turn feedback into clearer development insights, always with humans in control. See the WhistleEcho page.
Can we trial it for one event?
Yes — talk to us about Enterprise/Event pricing for one-off tournaments or trial deployments.
